We are proposing to begin a Nevada IRVA Chapter in Boulder City, NV. The first meeting of the Chapter will be for IRVA members (and guests who are interested in joining IRVA). The meeting will take place on Saturday, September 6th at 6 p.m. at 509 5th Street, Boulder City, NV. This will take the form of a barbeque and will be an informal meeting for discussion, networking, and encouragement of new members.

That's a cool idea Angela.  What do you think local chapter meetings could do for people in your region?  Would there be any demos, or teaching tidbits, or practice opportunity, or stuff like that?

Hi PJ, the first meeting will decide what the members want from the group. Some have already asked to see an actual CRV session in action. We have already talked about having a practice day with monitors available. So, we will see at the first meeting what the group would like to see happen at future meetings. At the first one we will be showing the "Dead Zone" TV series video, "The Hunt",  cowritten by Joe McMoneagle, and having a barbeque.
